SPONJEL is haemostatic absorbable gelatin sponge.
When blood contact with the gelatin sponge (SPONJEL) matrix, sponjel special permeable structer activites the thrombosis. These also ables to release the suitable body fluids to combines the surfaces character modified thrombins. Also ables to activate the fibrin as catalyzator.
